Illes Digitals: digitalisation of SMEs and the self-employed
Programme to speed up the digitalisation of SMEs and self-employed workers in the Balearic Islands through assessments, training and mentoring.
Illes Digitals offers small businesses a complete digital transformation pathway: an initial maturity assessment, hands-on training sessions and personalised mentoring to put specific solutions in place.
The programme runs on all four islands, in partnership with business associations and town councils, and combines on-site activities at the CentreBIT hubs with online training.
Objectives
- Carry out digital maturity assessments for SMEs and self-employed workers.
- Train employees in basic and advanced digital tools.
- Support the roll-out of e-commerce, cybersecurity and management solutions.
Results
Digital maturity assessments, training sessions on all four islands and personalised digitalisation plans for the participating companies.
